Bank of India merchants can receive instant UPI payment and its audio notification using Bank of India Portable UPI QR Soundbox Kit. The UPI QR Soundbox is a portable speaker device that provides instant audio notifications for successful UPI payments made by scanning the QR Code. The Portable UPI QR Soundbox Kit comprises of Soundbox device and detachable QR Code standee.

No additional document required if merchant is already using BHIM BOI UPI QR Code. In case of new customer, below documents will be required:
- Merchant's KYC document
- Merchant's PAN card
- Business Registration/Establishment Certificate
- Business Address Proof
- Any other documents as per Bank's requirement
