ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ସବୁଜ PIN ଜେନେରେଟ୍ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ
- ଯେତେବେଳେ ଶାଖା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ନୂତନ ଡେବିଟ୍-କାର୍ଡ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଏ।
- ଯେତେବେଳେ ଗ୍ରାହକ PIN ଭୁଲିଯାଆନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଥିବା କାର୍ଡ ପାଇଁ PIN ପୁନଃନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବାକୁ ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି।
ଯେକୌଣସି ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ATMରେ ଡେବିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ ବାହାର କରନ୍ତୁ।
ଦୟାକରି ଭାଷା ଚୟନ କରନ୍ତୁ।
ସ୍କ୍ରିନରେ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ଦୁଇଟି ବିକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ହେବ। “PIN ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତୁ” ଏବଂ “(PIN ଭୁଲିଗଲେ / ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରନ୍ତୁ) ସବୁଜ PIN”, ସ୍କ୍ରିନରେ “(PIN ଭୁଲିଗଲେ / ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରନ୍ତୁ) ସବୁଜ PIN” ବିକଳ୍ପ ଚୟନ କରନ୍ତୁ।
ସ୍କ୍ରିନରେ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ଦୁଇଟି ବିକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ହେବ। "OTP ଜେନେରେଟ୍ କରନ୍ତୁ" ଏବଂ "OTP ବୈଧ କରନ୍ତୁ"। ଦୟାକରି ସ୍କ୍ରିନରେ "OTP ଜେନେରେଟ୍ କରନ୍ତୁ" ବିକଳ୍ପ ଚୟନ କରନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ପଞ୍ଜିକୃତ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ନମ୍ବରକୁ 6 ଅଙ୍କ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ OTP ପଠାଯିବ। OTP ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବା ପରେ।
ଡେବିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡକୁ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ ବାହାର କରନ୍ତୁ।
ଦୟାକରି ଭାଷା ଚୟନ କରନ୍ତୁ।
ସ୍କ୍ରିନରେ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ଦୁଇଟି ବିକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ହେବ। “PIN ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତୁ” “(PIN ଭୁଲିଗଲେ / ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରନ୍ତୁ) ସବୁଜ PIN” ସ୍କ୍ରିନରେ “(PIN ଭୁଲିଗଲେ / ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରନ୍ତୁ) ସବୁଜ PIN” ବିକଳ୍ପ ଚୟନ କରନ୍ତୁ।
ସ୍କ୍ରିନରେ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ଦୁଇଟି ବିକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ହେବ। “OTP ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରନ୍ତୁ” “OTP କୁ ବୈଧ କରନ୍ତୁ” ଦୟାକରି ସ୍କ୍ରିନରେ “Validate OTP” ବିକଳ୍ପକୁ ଚୟନ କରନ୍ତୁ। “Enter Your OTP Value” ସ୍କ୍ରିନରେ 6 ଅଙ୍କ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ OTP ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ ଜାରି ରଖନ୍ତୁ ଦବାନ୍ତୁ।
ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସ୍କ୍ରିନ୍ - “ଦୟାକରି ନୂତନ PIN ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତୁ”। ନୂତନ PIN ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବାକୁ ଦୟାକରି ଆପଣଙ୍କ ପସନ୍ଦର ଯେକୌଣସି 4 ଅଙ୍କ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତୁ।
ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସ୍କ୍ରିନ୍ - "ଦୟାକରି ନୂତନ PIN ପୁନଃ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତୁ" ଦୟାକରି ନୂତନ 4 ଅଙ୍କ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ PIN ପୁନଃ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତୁ। ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସ୍କ୍ରିନ୍ - "PIN ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହୋଇଛି / ସଫଳତାର ସହ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି।"
PROCESS FOR GENERATING GREEN PIN (DEBIT CARD PIN) USING ANY BANK OF INDIA ATM
Green PIN can be generated in following cases
- When a new debit-card is issued to the customer by Branch.
- When the customer forgets PIN and wants to regenerate PIN for his/her existing card.
Insert Debit Card at any Bank of India ATM and remove.
Please select language.
The following Two options will be displayed on the screen. “Enter PIN” and “(Forgot / Create PIN) Green PIN”, select “(Forgot / Create PIN) Green PIN” option on the screen.
The following Two options will be displayed on the screen. "Generate OTP” and “Validate OTP”. Please select “Generate OTP” option on the screen and 6 digit OTP will be sent to Customer’s registered mobile number. Once OTP received.
Reinsert Debit card and remove.
Please select language
The following Two options will be displayed on the screen. “Enter PIN” “(Forgot / Create PIN) Green PIN” Select “(Forgot / Create PIN) Green PIN” option on the screen.
The following Two options will be displayed on the screen. “Generate OTP” “Validate OTP” Please select “Validate OTP” option on the screen. Enter 6 digit OTP on the “Enter Your OTP Value” Screen and press continue.
Next screen - “Please enter new PIN”. Please enter any 4 digits of your choice to create new PIN
Next screen – “Please re-enter new PIN” Please re-enter the new 4 digits PIN. Next screen - “The PIN is Changed / Created successfully.”
ଦୟାକରି ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ:
- ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ATMରେ ଡେବିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡ PIN ସେଟ୍/ପୁନଃସେଟ୍ କରିବା ପାଇଁ, ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ନମ୍ବର ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।
- ହଟ୍ ଲିଷ୍ଟଡ୍ ଡେବିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡ ପାଇଁ "ଗ୍ରୀନ୍ ପିନ୍" ଜେନେରେଟ୍ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।
- "ଗ୍ରୀନ ପିନ୍" ସକ୍ରିୟ, ନିଷ୍କ୍ରିୟ କାର୍ଡ ଏବଂ 3ଟି ଭୁଲ ପିନ୍ ଚେଷ୍ଟା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଭାବରେ ଅବରୋଧ ହୋଇଥିବା କାର୍ଡଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପାଇଁ ସମର୍ଥିତ ହେବ। ସଫଳ ପିନ୍ ଜେନେରେସନ୍ ପରେ ନିଷ୍କ୍ରିୟ / ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଭାବରେ ଅବରୋଧ ହୋଇଥିବା କାର୍ଡଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସକ୍ରିୟ ହେବ।
- "ଗ୍ରୀନ ପିନ୍" କେବଳ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଏଟିଏମ୍ରେ ଜେନେରେଟ୍ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ।
