How to Redeem Star Points?

• Customer can redeem reward points in 2 ways:
  1. By login in BOI Mobile Omni Neo Bank App.
  In app go to my Profile section -> My Rewards
  2. By Login to BOI Star Rewards Program Website – BOI Star Rewardz.
  Click on first time user and register for the Program. From next time click on sign in, login and redeem.
• Customers can utilize the Points to avail large platform of Goods & Services and Merchandise like Airline tickets | Bus Tickets | Movie Tickets |Merchandize | Gift Vouchers | Mobile & DTH Recharge.
• To be able to start redeeming Bank’s Debit Card and Credit Card customers will need to achieve a threshold of 100 Points.
• Points will not be accrued if customer do transactions in Restricted Categories: Restricted Categories include “Mutual Fund transactions, Insurance payments, Payments to central/state Government towards Taxes/challan/penalties, Scholl college fees payments, Transaction done using BOI KCC cards, Booking of Railway tickets, Credit card bill payments & Wallet transfer transactions.”
• Points need to be redeemed within three years (36 months excluding the month of accrual) of accruing them. Unredeemed Points will expire at the end of 36 months.
• Maximum 10,000 points per month can be accumulated by a customer having Debit Card or Credit Card under common customer ID or CIF.
