Before applying you must have

KYC documents(identity proof and address proof)
Proof of landing holding/tenancy
Proof of ownership for pond, tank, land or lease hold right for adequate period is required.
License for fishing in case of open water body, raceway, hatchery, reservoir, lake etc and license for fishing vessel, boat etc.
Collateral Security for loans above Rs 2.00 lakh
