Features

  • For domestic and international Usage. The card is accepted globally at all kinds of merchants having NFC terminals, including retail stores, fast-food restaurants, pharmacies, transit points of entry, and grocery and convenience stores, taxicabs and vending machines. (International Ecom transactions not allowed).
  • No PIN is required up to Rs.5,000/- per contactless transaction.
  • PIN is mandatory for all the transactions above the value of Rs.5,000/- per transaction. (*limits are subjected to change in future by RBI)
  • Number of contactless transactions allowed per day – Three Transactions.
  • Card holders will get rewarded with Star Points for their transactions at POS & ecommerce.

Usage Process

  • Customer has to look at the contactless symbol/logo at the point of sale.
  • The cashier enters the purchase amount into the NFC terminal. This amount is displayed on the NFC terminal reader.
  • When the first green link blinks, customer should hold the card over the reader at close range (less than 4 cm from where logo appears).
  • Four green lights appear when the transaction is complete. This takes no longer than half a second. The customer can choose to have a receipt printed, but this is optional.
  • The default account linked to the beneficiary card shall be debited for the funds.
  • PIN authentication will be by-passed for low value transactions up to Rs. 5000/-(*limits are subjected to change in future by RBI)
  • Beyond this transaction limit, the card will be processed as a contact payment and authentication with PIN will be mandatory.
  • Transaction are permitted on non- NFC terminals with PIN authentication.

  • Registers (creates account) using membership id, mobile number and OTP, email address and verification
  • Cardholder does an INR 1 auth txn to validate identity
  • Post registration, every subsequent login will be based on mobile number and OTP
  • Post login, cardholder lands on a dashboard which shows available benefits
  • Cardholder clicks on any benefit to issue voucher/ code
  • Voucher/ code will also be triggered to cardholder via email/ SMS
  • Cardholder can login and redeem any benefit depending on validity
  • After redemption, the counter for that particular benefit reduces by 1
  • Cardholder can access redeemed benefit details anytime post claiming the same
  • Membership ids will expire within 90 days of receiving from Visa
  • Once membership id is activated/ registered, account is valid for 12 months

  • Cardholder to login and click on issue voucher
  • Cardholder needs to select airport and outlet and generate a voucher
  • Generated voucher needs to be redeemed within 48 hours, failing which it will be considered as redeemed
  • Cardholder can showcase voucher at outlet to redeem during purchase and get the bill amount deducted by the voucher amount
  • List of eligible outlets and airports will be available on the portal
  • Voucher Validity: 48 hours
  • Escalations to be routed on toll free number or email address mentioned on the portal
  • Vouchers once issued can be cancelled within timeframe (before expiry). This will adjust the counter and refund the quota to cardholder

  • Cardholder to login and click on issue code
  • The generated code to be used on Swiggy/ Amazon to be added to respective wallets and get the bill amount adjusted with the coupon amount
  • Voucher Validity: 12 months (Amazon), 3 months (Swiggy)
  • Escalations to be routed on toll free number or email address mentioned on the portal
