SCLCSS
Special Credit linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (SCLCSS) has been introduced under the National SC-ST Hub. The scheme is governed by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India through National SC/ST hub (NSSH) and scheme shall remain valid till 31.03.2026.
SCLCSS
The objective is to promote setting up of new enterprises by aspiring entrepreneurs and capacity building of existing MSEs for enhanced participation of SC/ST entrepreneurs in the public procurement.
- SCLCSS is applicable for SC/ST Micro and Small Units for the purchase of plant & machinery and equipment for term loan from the prime lending institution. Both existing as well as new units are covered under this scheme.
- Manufacturing and Service sector (included w.e.f. 15.11.2021) are eligible under the scheme.
- The scheme is only for SC/ST MSEs, who have purchased plant & machineries and equipment through term loan from PLI. (Maximum/Ceiling limit of Rs.1.00 Crore).
- Capital subsidy @ 25% of the term loan sanctioned for purchase of plant and machinery and equipment (Maximum of Rs.25.00 Lakh) shall be available under the scheme.
- Online Application and Tracking System already in place & amended in accordance to the revised provisions.
