BOI Gift Card

  • Available at all Bank of India branches
  • Single-load card: Cannot be reloaded once the initial amount is exhausted
  • Valid for 2 years from date of issuance or until the printed expiry date, whichever is earlier
  • Acceptable at all POS and Ecommerce merchants across the nation
  • Facilitates Contact-less transactions at all Contact-less enabled merchants
  • Minimum load amount of Rs.500 and in multiples of Rs.1 thereafter and a maximum load amount of Rs.10,000
  • Daily transaction limit is up to the available balance on card
  • Cash withdrawals at ATMs are not permitted

Charges

  • Flat Charge of Rs.50/- (excl. GST) per card irrespective of amount

Customer Care

Expired Gift Cards

  • In case of expiry of BOI Gift Card with underlying balance above Rs.100/- , the card may be revalidated through issuance of new BOI Gift Card. The balance amount may be credited back to ‘Source Account’ (Account used for loading Gift Card). The claim for refund should be lodged within three months from the date of expiry of the card.
